The house

The house is located in Reiherbergstraße 18 in Potsdam’s district Golm. The building was completed in early 2017. It is a house with a ground floor and an attic. The apartment 1 is on the top floor; predominant orientation: to the west. There is no elevator.

Details of the apartment

  • Size: about 42.5 square meters
  • Monthly rent: 769, – Euro – calculated for one person; for each additional person flat-rate 25 Euros operating cost subsidy
  • Operating costs included (exception: see electricity)

    • Electricity: 100 KWh per month incl., for each additional kilowatt hour (according to meter reading) 0.35 Euro
  • Apartment cleaning on departure: 100, – Euro. This amount is to be paid with the appointment to view before the key return
  • The tenants of the flats take over in turn the cleaning from hall and stair. Every tenant sweeps and wipes once every three weeks.
  • Deposit: two months rent
  • A lockable shed for example for prams or bicycles is available for all tenants.
  • personal car parking space on the property can be rented: 30, – Euro rent / month
  • Outdoor facilities (greenery and terrace) available on the property
  • Smoking and pets unwanted in apartment
